1. Is the Festival Walk Gift Card reloadable?
No, Festival Walk Gift Card is non-reloadable.
2. Is there any expiry date for the Festival Walk Gift Card?
Festival Walk Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the month of purchase, or until the stored value has been used up. The validity period is printed on the back of the Gift Card.
3. How to change the initial pin on your Festival Walk Gift Card?
Festival Walk Gift Cardholders can login to 33 Finance’s Mobile App (App Store / Google Play) or www.33finance.com to change their initial PIN for the first time. However, once the card is activated, your PIN cannot be reset. In case you have forgotten your password, cardholders can bring their card to the 33 Financial Services Limited office to reissue a new Festival Walk Gift Card. This replacement of the gift card replacement will require a handling fee, please visit Gift Card Fees and Charges for details.
4. How to check the balance on your Festival Walk Gift Card?
Cardholders may check their card balance and transaction history by logging in 33 Finance’s mobile app (App Store / Google Play), visiting 33 Finance official website www.33finance.com to review or calling 33 Finance Customer Service Hotline (3900 9833/ 3900 9888, Mondays – Fridays 9:00am – 6:00pm).
