If approaching by private car, Festival Walk is best accessed via Waterloo Road. From Waterloo Road, car drivers should follow Cornwall Street to Tat Chee Avenue, where Festival Walk is located across from the City University of Hong Kong.

Drivers can now use their Octopus directly at the tollgate machines when entering and leaving the car park.
The normal parking rate is HK$24 per hour (Mondays to Thursdays) / HK$26 per hour (Fridays to Sundays, and Public Holidays).
