Redemption method:  Please redeem the Offer on the spending date in person and present a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID, the original same-day merchant receipt, corresponding designated electronic payment receipts and identity document at the Concierge. 

 

 

Remarks:

 

  • In a maximum of two same-day transaction receipts, each receipt has minimum HK$100 spending requirement and cannot be reused. Eligible credit card to complete the full payment is compulsory.  
  • All offers are first-come-first-served, while stock lasts.
  • Each cardholder can enjoy either Offer 1(a) or 1(b) once every day.
  • All offers are applicable to Mobile Payment Purchase (including Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay), but NOT applicable to the transactions made via any e-wallets (including but not limited to Alipay and WeChat that are ineligible).
  • Cardholders must download My FESTIVAL app and sign up as Registered users. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only.
  • My FESTIVAL members can redeem the reward and accumulate bonus points at the same time.
